Hello and welcome to the Glasgow Student Hiking Society! In this group we are dedicated to getting people of all abilities into the outdoors and building up your confidence. We indulge in a range of activities such as easy day hikes, day trips summiting mountains, all the way to multi day camping expeditions and anything else outdoorsy! Apart from that we are also a group of like minded people who want to have a healthy way of meeting people with similar interests. Being a part of this society and participating will benefit you in so many aspects such as social, mental and physical. Other than that you will have so many other interesting experiences that you just can't predict!

At our core we want to keep this as affordable as possible so we mostly use public transport and also can share lots of knowledge we possess about kit to make it accessible for you!
